Warranty / Terms and Conditions

Optomistic Products warrants all material free from original manufacturing defects. All products are warranted for six months after delivery. In order to establish that there is an original defect, the customer must provide supporting information as requested by Optomsitic Products. If the defect is determined to be an original manufactring defect, Optomistic Products, at its option, will rectify the defect by either repair/replacement at no charge or, by providing a refund for the defective part. In no case shall Optomistic Products be liable for consequential or special damages.
